Role Description:
Central coordination with all project sites and other Divisions
Responsibilities:
1) Support the General Manager & Operations Manager for daily administration / coordination with site office(s).
2) Perform all office duties such as typing, filing, record-keeping, etc. as required.
3) Strong written & spoken English communication skills.
4) Good experience in similar secretarial jobs in reputed Contracting or MEP companies.
5) Excellent command on the computer - MS Office, preparing reports, presentations, drafting letters.
6) Attend guests and treat them with utmost courtesy and respect.
7) Timely respond to incoming calls, ensuring courtesy and respect to all callers.
8) Maintain proper filing, minimizing the creation of hard copies; reduce paperwork.
9) Ensure electronic files are backed up at the end of daily activities.
10) Coordinate with other departments/sites, as required.
11) Perform any other tasks/duties as may be directed by the GM/OM.
Ability to commute/relocate:
