What Youll Do: The AccountManager will play a critical role in a 160/90 team working for amajor client on their Global Partnerships portfolio. You will beworking with an international business operating in multiplemarkets who has interests across Sailing Tennis and Formula One anda number of other regionally focussed properties. The AccountManager will form part of the Communications function across theclient account and work collaboratively within an integrated clientteam including Partnerships Creative and Strategy that spans160over90s London and New York offices. KeyResponsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
  • Form a key part of the160over90 team delivering global media relations including pressoffice proactive story and content development hosting eventmanagement content creation and thought leadership and hostingmedia at events.
  • Collaborate with clients agency network to implement a seamless andintegrated communications strategy that brings the globalpartnerships to life
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and regular dialogue withrelevant rights holders ambassadors and key stakeholders across theclients sport partnership portfolio
  • Meticulously map andplan against available partnership assets to support thedevelopment of content strategies and media amplification plans
  • Collate filter andorganise all communications requests from client and relevantparties so they can be channeled through to rights holders andambassadors as appropriate
  • Act as part of theontheground comms team to support media management andamplification at all events where agency staff is needed
  • Support clientsinhouse comms team to develop strategy and plans in key clientmarkets around the world
  • Draft media materialsand toolkits for implementation by global and regional client teamsand agencies (inc. 160over90)
  • Build maintain andupdate media lists mapped against the clients key regions andproperties
  • Maintainexcellent relationships with key journalists on an ongoing basis
  • Work with client andagency partners to create sport partnership content incentives andopportunities for purposes of internal communication and employeeengagement
  • Maintainrobust evaluation and reporting practices to measure sportpartnerships communications performance
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
  • Relevant agencyclientbased experience across PR and Communications
  • Specific experience inamplifying sport partnerships; working closely with rights holdersand ambassadors
  • Knowledge and expertise across a variety of sports

  • Excellent writing andgrammar with an ability to draft short project plans contentcalendars press releases and media alerts
  • Ability to effectivelymanage and delegate whilst demonstrating clear and concise upwardreporting
  • Indepthknowledge and network of sport media and journalists
  • Natural communicationskills to work within a dynamic agency team
  • Ability to offercreative ideas that deliver against earned and owned channelobjectives
  • Strongunderstanding of digital with experience of executing againstsocial objectives
  • Clear understanding and experience of the creator landscape acrosslifestyle music sports and entertainment (paid and contra)
  • Ability to benchmarkand interpret learnings from traditional and digital evaluationmetrics circulation reach DUUs sentiment messaging integrationengagement rate completion rate CPV etc
  • Organised and detailoriented in a fastpaced client service environment
  • Uptodate knowledge ofindustry trends and best practices
  • Excellent timemanagement written and oral communication skills
