What You'll Do:


The Account Executive will play a critical role in a 160/90 team working for a major client on their Global Partnerships portfolio.

You will be working with an international business operating in multiple markets who has interests across Golf, Formula 1, Cricket and a number of other regionally focussed properties.

The Account Executive will form part of the Partnerships function across the client account and work collaboratively within an integrated client team including Creative, Strategy and PR & Comms that spans 160over90's London and Dubai offices.


Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
Client-Servicing

  • Form a key part of the 160over90 team delivering global B2C media relations including press office, proactive story development, hosting, event management and thought leadership
  • Support in the creation of consumerfacing content including sourcing and management of bestinclass specialist third party suppliers
  • Collate, filter and organise all communications requests from client and relevant parties so they can be channeled through to rights holders and ambassadors as appropriate
Campaign/activation management

  • Act as part of the ontheground comms team to support media management and amplification at all events where agency staff is needed
  • Monitor and log all relevant media coverage and share with client in a timely manner
Research skills

  • Build, maintain and update media lists mapped against the client's key regions and properties
Business/Industry Knowledge

  • Ability to quickly absorb and immerse in client business, category and specific challenges
  • Show an understanding of the relevance and impact of sports and other partnerships on businesses
  • Show and continually seek a clear understanding of relevant sports or partnerships landscapes
Proficiency in writing

  • Support the Account Team in drafting media materials including press releases and media alerts
  • Lead on the recording/minute taking, delivery and tracking of client meetings and status materials
  • Fluency in using software PPT, Keynote, Excel, Word
Other

  • Supporting the broader business and Dubai leadership team in other adhoc tasks related to existing or prospective clients

  • Relevant agency or client-based experience across B2C communications
  • Knowledge and expertise across a variety of sports preferable
