Weare currently seeking a talented and professional human resourcespecialist to join our team and manage all human resourceprocedures. Your main responsibilities will include providingadministrative support to the human resources function includingbenefits, personnel record maintenance, payroll, and recruitment,among others. The successful candidate will be passionate aboutsupporting, and evolving employees through our company s guidelinesand managingprocesses.
Requirements
- Assiststhe department in carrying out various human resource programs andprocedures for all companyemployees.
- Provides guidance to employees based on HR policies andprocedures.
- Processes the payroll with third-partyvendor.
- Maintains human resource information system records and compilesreports from the database asneeded.
- Assists with internal and external HR audits; participates in thecollection and submittal of supporting documentation for review;assists with responding to audit inquires andrecommendations.
- Manages employee life events such as leave of absence, statuschanges and exitinterviews.
- Participates in benefits administration by communicating benefitsinformation to employees, monitoring eligibility and processingchanges as well as verifies billing accuracy and processes forpayment.
- Participates in recruitment efforts for exempt, nonexempt andtemporary job openings, such as screening and interviewing to matchexperience with specific job-relatedrequirements.
- Maintains and coordinates employee recognitionprograms.
- Conducts new hire orientations to ensure employees gain anunderstanding of benefit plans and enrollmentprovisions.
- Monitors employee eligibility for benefit plans. Reviews benefitsfor employees and processes enrollment, cancellation, or changes.Verifies benefit billing accuracy and processes forpayment.
- Manages personnel data in organizational training and developmentefforts.
- Facilitates departmental training and developmentalefforts.
Qualifications:
- AB.S. or B.A. degree, or equivalent, in human resources, business,or relatedfield
- HR certificationpreferred
- A minimum of three (3) years related experience normallyrequired
