About the Company

This company engages in the exploration production transportation and sale of crude oil and natural gas. It operates through the following segments: Upstream Downstream and Corporate. The Upstream segment includes crude oil natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration field development and production. The Downstream segment focuses on refining logistics power generation and the marketing of crude oil petroleum and petrochemical products and related services to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources finance and information technology. The company was founded on May and is headquartered in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for a Senior Advisor to join our Planning & Performance Management team offering seasoned expertise and leadership in complex crossfunctional challenges that are crucial to the companys success. This role involves a strategic position based in Dhahran Saudi Arabia where you will serve as a key player in enhancing our risk management practices and overall P&PM efficiency.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis & Guidance: Provide analytical findings and recommendations for P&PM activities such as business plan preparation performance tracking and analysis as well as accountability reporting.
  • Special Studies & Project Leadership: Conduct and lead P&PMrelated studies develop performance initiatives create business cases and conduct benchmarking. You will also be responsible for managing risk redesigning measurements processes workflows and implementing information system changes.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Offer supervision coordination and mentorship in P&PM analytical practices ensuring the execution of tasks by P&PM personnel aligns with our high standards.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Carry out related staff and analytical duties as required contributing to the teams overall success.
  • Serve as the principal advisor on risk management embedding efficiency and effectiveness in P&PM practices.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in governance and control environments and support the development of risk management training plans.
  • Review proposals for major initiatives to ensure they meet risk management requirements.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in P&PM.
  • Advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA CFA CPA) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in risk management or related discipline.
  • At least 12 years of direct risk managementrelated experience.
  • Professional certification (e.g. IRM GARP PRIA) is an asset.
