Job Description:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Implement and maintain office systems.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information.
  • Operate office equipment.
  • Scan and upload documents according to company/project procedure.
  • Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company's system.
  • Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control.
  • Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain access.
  • Handle records across various departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documents.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with many file types
  • Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field.
  • At least 4 years experience in document or record management.
  • Ability to find and preserve document.
  • Knowledge of construction documents.

Pay:
From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
