The Role:
The Managing Director will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and operational excellence of our Dubai office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing initiatives that enhance team performance, optimize operational processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve the company's growth objectives in the Dubai/GCC market
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals with overall business objectives

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team
  • Implement performance management processes to drive productivity and enhance employee engagement
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure the team's skills align with industry trends

Operational Excellence:

  • Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve overall office performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for business expansion and client satisfaction
  • Develop new key relationships with target clientele across the region

Financial Management:

  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning for the London office
  • Ensure effective resource allocation to support growth objectives

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar industry, with a track record of successfully growing and managing teams.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in winning new business and key client relationship management. Experience in budgeting and financial management. A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
