About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Treasury Director to lead our global treasury function, focusing on cash management, liquidity optimization, and risk management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a treasury strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring efficient cash management, and minimizing financial risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global treasury strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage cash positions to optimize return on capital employed
  • Implement and maintain cash management structures, including cash pooling and liquidity optimization
  • Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional finance managers on treasury matters
  • Oversee intergroup funding structures and cash settlement
  • Work closely with Group Tax and Group Legal to ensure tax efficiency and compliance
Requirements
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity optimization, and risk management
  • Experience in implementing cash pool structures and managing foreign exchange and interest rate risks
  • Master's degree in finance or a related field
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus
