Job Title:
Asphalt Raker man

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of asphalt surfaces by cleaning and removing debris.
  • Spread and level asphalt using rakes, shovels, and other related equipment.
  • Ensure the proper thickness and consistency of the asphalt layer.
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of work throughout the project.
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a hazardfree work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Asphalt Rakerman or similar role.
  • Proficient in operating asphaltrelated tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering highquality work.
