Job Title: Asphalt Raker man

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of asphalt surfaces by cleaning and removing debris.
- Spread and level asphalt using rakes, shovels, and other related equipment.
- Ensure the proper thickness and consistency of the asphalt layer.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of work throughout the project.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Asphalt Rakerman or similar role.
- Proficient in operating asphalt-related tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
