Corporate Image Officer

JobPurpose:
CorporateImage Officer will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and will betasked with the responsibility of effectively managing andupkeeping the inventory of uniforms within the organization. He/sheis responsible for ensuring that products are adequately stockedand organized. He/she may also be responsible for carrying outadditional responsibilities associated with monitoring inventorylevels. This may involve the process of inventory management whichincludes tasks such as accurately recording the incoming stock ormonitoring the quantity of items purchased and handed over aspecific period.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Overseeand manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy andminimize stock discrepancies.
- Utilize extensiveknowledge of Inventory Management Software and warehouse managementsystems to maintain accurate inventory records including receiptstransfers and stock adjustments.
- Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including procurement finance andoperations to audit adjustments and optimize inventory managementprocesses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits toidentify discrepancies investigate root causes and implementcorrective actions.
- Develop and implementinventory control policies procedures and best practices to enhanceefficiency and accuracy in inventorymanagement.
- Utilize large data sets andanalytical tools to perform deep dive analysis identify inventorypatterns and proactively address any inventoryrelatedissues.
- Work closely with the finance team toprovide accurate inventory valuation and support financialreporting requirements.
- Collaborate with ITteams to optimize inventory management systems troubleshoot systemissues and drive system enhancements orupgrades.
- Adhere to thedocumented procedures of the organization or department and retaindocumented evidence related to the performance of theirrole.
- The employee is expected to exercisetheir duty of care and must be aware of their health and safetyresponsibilities accountability and authority; and shall complywith the policies and procedures outlined by theorganization.
Requirement:
Qualification- Bachelorof Supply Chain or any related degree
Experience
- 3years of experience in inventory controller of uniform or clothingpreferably in a quick commerce or retailenvironment.
Skills
- Strongbackground in hospitality and administration
- Extensive experience in logistic and supplychain management
- Selfmotivated and able towork efficiently with minimal supervision
- Capable of thriving under pressure and adapting to a fastpacedenvironment
- Flexible and proactive inimplementing new strategies and processes
- Possess training skills and are adept at imparting knowledge toothers.
- Have a strong experience in logisticsinventory management and possess excellent organizationalskills.
