Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our team as a Training Development Specialist at Synergy University Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs and materials to enhance the professional development and skill sets of our staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and videos.
  • Implement various instructional design strategies and methodologies to create effective and impactful training programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff members, utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.
  • Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs or resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to integrate training initiatives into the overall employee development framework.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff members to reinforce learning and encourage skill application in the workplace.

We are ready to work with you if you have:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably in Sales department.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training evaluation methods.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
