Overview of the Role:
- Manage Finance & Insurance Sales and processes of a designated Sales Team within the dealer network.
- Achieve sales revenue targets set by the Dealer Principal/Account Relationship Manager.
- Optimize sales of Value-Added Products (VAP) and RV-based products.
- Ensure compliance with company and Central Bank regulations.
- Record customer data accurately and ensure exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage F&I Sales and processes within the dealer network.
- Work with sales management to achieve income and revenue targets.
- Optimize sales of Value-Added Products and RV-based products.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Record customer data accurately and manage end-to-end F&I performance.
Requirements for Success:
- Strong knowledge of F&I processes, banking compliance, and RV-based finance products.
- Market knowledge of Islamic/Conventional funding and Insurance products.
- Ability to manage sales staff, work under pressure, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and understanding of competitor market strategies.
