  • Manage filing systems, ensuring documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
  • Archive and store records according to established protocols.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Scan and copy documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring highquality output.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from staff, clients, and external contacts in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Barsha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
