Il sera principalement en charge de l'entretien et de l'inventaire des outils, équipements et appareils spécialisés (entretien, calibration, réparation, commande des consommables), de la mise en place d'un système de gestion des échantillons et équipements ainsi que de la gestion des différentes réceptions provenant des autres bureaux ou des sous-traitants.

Principales responsabilités:
  • Activer le casier d'entrée et sortie pour les techniciens, lorsque mis en place;
  • Gérer le système de réservation des équipements spécialisés;
  • Préparer les équipements spécialisés en réservation;
  • Entretenir les équipements spécialisés divers;
  • Effectuer les réparations mineures ou majeures sur les équipements spécialisés;
  • S'assurer du suivi du calendrier des calibrations;
  • Exécuter les calibrations sur les équipements spécialisés selon le calendrier et remplir les registres;
  • Livrer et ramasser les équipements en calibration externe (90% des équipements);
  • Commander les pièces manquantes ou défectueuses;
  • Faire l'inventaire des consommables;
  • Commander les consommables manquants aux différents fournisseurs et faire le suivi des différentes commandes;
  • Ranger et classer les consommables;
  • Réserver des équipements chez les sous-traitants;
  • Aller chercher et reconduire les équipements en location;
  • Aller en chantier pour la livraison d'équipements ou de fournitures manquants au besoin;
  • Prise de niveau d'eau dans la région selon les besoins;
  • Échantillonnage environnemental des sols en pile, selon les besoins;
  • Aider au chargement et déchargement des équipements et des échantillons avec le technicien si nécessaire;
  • Organiser la gestion des chantillons environnementaux dans le réfrigérateur et congélateur;
  • Préparer les envois des chantillons environnementaux pour les chargés de projets selon les besoins;
  • Gérer la disposition des chantillons environnementaux périms;
  • Gérer la transition des chantillons géotechniques entre les différents bureaux et l'entrepôt de Boisbriand;
  • Maintenir à jour le classement des chantillons géotechniques (sols et roc) à l'entrepôt de Boisbriand;
  • Gérer la disposition des chantillons géotechniques (sols et roc) périmés;
  • Entretenir les locaux et les planchers;
  • Laver les équipements de sols (Nilcon, gonor);
  • Réception des marchandises par les livreurs;
  • Préparer les demandes de transfert d'outils et de matériel inter-bureaux;
  • Transfert, échange, entretien des véhicules de l'expertise;
  • Pelletage et déglaçage des entrées en hiver du bureau de Montréal.
