Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional skilled in implementing SAP Central Finance solutions for large companies to work as a Business System Analyst in the Digital Finance Transformation Division of the Digital Finance Department (DFD). The DFD manages information systems for financial accounting, treasury, financial planning, performance management, and digital finance solutions for the Finance Business line. The team consists of multidisciplinary professionals with expertise in Financial Applications and IT.

The Digital Transformation Division oversees the program management services for developing, testing, and rolling out group finance solutions. These solutions utilize tools like SAP Central Finance, S4/HANA Treasury Management, S4/HANA Group Reporting & Advanced finance closing (AFC), Intercompany Hub for matching & reconciliation, Integrated Planning & Performance Management, among others.

The Business System Analyst's role involves driving key business outcomes, including accelerating financial close, enhancing financial transparency, improving corporate performance, and enabling efficient cash management through the implementation of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, and related solutions. The Analyst will collaborate with corporate stakeholders and IT to ensure successful implementation and continued support.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business teams to design, develop, and implement financial solutions using SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration with affiliate organizations and troubleshoot data exchange issues.
  • Support the implementation of SAP Central Finance and Reporting requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support for SAP modules and ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Configure reporting solutions, manage master data, and set up workflows.
  • Analyze and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT.
  • Generate reports and financial statements according to standards.
  • Stay updated on SAP updates and best practices.
  • Participate in system upgrades and projects.
  • Document processes and maintain user guides for knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about SAP Central Finance advancements and certifications.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Maintain and optimize digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • This role requires the candidate to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or IT from a recognized program; advanced degrees or professional certifications like MBA, CMA, CFA, CPA are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Have 6-8 years of experience in implementing SAP-based financial accounting systems.
  • Minimum of 4 years of specific experience in SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial accounting system implementation, including benefits, technical evaluation, success factors, and project risks.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting systems.
  • Ability to analyze financial accounting landscapes and propose architectural solutions.
