Purpose:

Ensure the smooth functioning of HR Department in collaboration with stakeholders and act like an advisor to management and key team players to attain business goals.



Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Manpower Planning:

  • Handling the entire recruitment process, which includes job analysis, preparation of job descriptions, job post on different platforms, screening, conducting initial interviews, and performing reference checks, and issuance of job offer to start the on boarding process.
  • Manages the new employee orientation to foster positive attitudes towards strategic goals.
  • Responsible for manpower planning and collaborating with HODS to understand the future requirements.
  • Succession planning to meet the business requirements.

Policies & Procedures:

  • Plan, implement and ensures that the Company's overall human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures are aligned as per business and UAE Labour Law.
  • Communicating policies to the employees and ensure everyone adhere to it.
  • Communicating the important information, for instant, Memo, Circular through company official channels.
  • Preparing SOPS and communicating to team.

Performance Management:

  • Responsible for setting the team KPI, smart objectives, and employee total rewards
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains the top talent.
  • Conducting half yearly and annual performance review for all employees in collaboration with management and HODs
  • Designing and implementing the effective new tools to foster evaluation process.
  • Implementing the fair rewards programs as per the business requirements to boost employee morale, keep them motivated to function effectively and to make them feel engaged, involved, and appreciated.

Employee Relation, Welfare & Team Building:

  • Developing fair and ethical work culture by keeping in mind each employee is treated and compensated fairly.
  • Organizing welfare activities, for instant, annual functions, work anniversary events, birthday celebration, and team building activities.

Learning & Development Plans:

  • Analyzing skills gaps in collaboration with HODs and designing training programs that empower employees with specific knowledge and skills that drive increased performance.
  • Arranging offsite and onsite training programs and modifies programs as needed.

Grievances and Disciplinary Procedures:

  • Creating the system to address the employee grievances to resolve in a transparent and impartial manner and communicating to management on timely manner.
  • Ensuring all the incident are fairly investigated and logged for future record.
  • Taking disciplinary action in accordance with company policy, UAE Labour Law & set guidelines for the employee misconducts, for instant Warning letters, Investigation reports and Termination Letters.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum Education: Masters (Human Resources)
  • Experience: 10 plus years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi
  • Computer literate. Very well organized, Decision making, Leadership qualities and Detail oriented,
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law

Salary:
AED AED12.00 per month
