As our new senior softwareengineer, you will be an integral part of the team designing& building blockchain based systems for our productportfolio. You will be involved in building high-throughput systemsleveraging latest frameworks and methodologies. This is a hands-onrole where you would be expected to come up with the technicaldirection of the product. You need to have strong skills inJavascript technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS and ReactNative.

Youwill be mentoring more junior members of the team, assisting withroadmap planning, iterating the agile process to deliver softwaremoreefficiently.

YourChallenges (What you ll do):
Design, deliver and document team or group level technicalrecommendations, proposals andsolutions
Write complex businesslogic on NodeJS, ReactJS, ReactNative or other programming languageto produce quality solutions
Perform code reviews on your codes and within your team s products,components, and solutions; involve external stakeholders (Ex.Security, DevOps, SA) whereappropriate
Test software andwrite automated tests (unit, integration, functional,etc)
Debug and troubleshootcomponents across multiple service and applicationcontexts
Communicate complextechnical issues to both technical and non-technicalaudiences
Estimate (or assist inestimating) work at a team or projectlevel
Participate in productdiscovery activities with customers andstakeholders
Establish keymetrics to identify problems, suggest solutions, and driveresolution.

RequirementsRequiredSkills (What you ll need):
Minimum 7 years work experience in softwaredevelopment.
Minimum 3 years workexperience in Javascript, NodeJs, ReactJs or ReactNative.
Minimum 3+ yearsexperience in leading and/managing complexprojects.
Minimum 2+ yearsexperience using AWS resources or other cloud computingservices.
Working knowledge ofprogramming best practices and designpatterns.
Working knowledge ofsecurity best practices (e.g.OWASP).
Proficient knowledge ofapplying data modeling, data structures andalgorithms.
Familiarity with thedevelopment methodologies like AgileSCRUM.
Hands-on experienceworking with MERN or MEAN stack technologies is a bigplus
Ability to writewell-structured and high-quality design documents and technicalspecifications. Submitting work examples will be a bigplus.
Experience working withversion control technology likeGIT.
Experience working onmicroservice or serverlessarchitecture.
Experience workingwith container technologies likedockers.
Experience in writingtest cases for both new or existing applicationcodes.
Strong communication andability to work well on a team.
Independent thinker with the ability to take initiative andownership onprojects
