Our company is looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our supply chain team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete purchase orders for external suppliers
  • Complete invoices for our customers
  • File bills of lading
  • Verify inventory information
  • Help implement new processes
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent supply chain experience)
  • Has minimum of 2 years of experience on accounts preferably with logistics/shipping/cargo forwarding companies
  • Arrange accurate balance sheets, tax returns, financial statements, budget, periodic reports etc. as...
  • Knowledgeable in utilizing accounting tools and software
  • Experience in shipping and receiving a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
