About the role

The role is supposed to ensure the following:

  • Perform "stock takes" & "perpetual stock counts" and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to the plan
  • Execute daily perpetual inventory counts and reconcile if the actual count differs.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count
  • EndtoEnd Activity of the Stock count process (Plan, Execution, Analysis & Control)

About the requirements

Core Responsibilities (For On-Floor Activities):

  • Oversee the complete inventory activities of the Retails and Supply chain (WH Level) according to company guidelines
  • Perform Inventory counts as per the assigned plan to ensure the correct number of stock availability against system records
  • Team management and train / guide the team for accurate & smooth stock count activity
  • Review documentation and monitor records to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between system and manual records
  • Perform the Scan to count, count to recount & recount to scan activities to minimize the errors
  • Complete the activity as per the assigned timeline and handover the location as per standards to Retail /WH
  • Generate, prepare and finalized the inventory reports, Share the report to the Retail/ WH team for validation and signoff as per timelines
  • Complete the signoff/ reviews as per company SOPs
  • Maintain positive relationships with Retail, Warehouse & other department teams
  • Follow up the stock take readiness checklist and communicate with the stakeholders to take necessary actions on time.
  • Ensure proper coordination and communication with the stockholders for an effective stock count & other Activities and process
  • Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
  • Maintained the endtoend records (Communication, Checklist Feedback, Signoff documents, etc.) for all the assigned task
  • Support other department requirements/ task & ensure 100% completion on the task as per the timeline

Self-Management:

  • Ensure to maintain time discipline and bring new learning for Onfloor activity.
  • Time management of the team and self for both office and outlocations.
  • To bring improvement in daytoday working so that smooth flow of work is ensured and efficiency is built.
  • Able to work continuous night shift & travel to another territory as per requirement periods as per requirements
  • Efficient communicator
  • Working with Flexible working hours
  • Plan to develop a new effective way of working and implementing the same among the team members.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 year of experience in Inventory Management
  • Experienced working and handling team for more than 1 year for "
    Cycle Count" and "
    Perpetual Inventory experience"
