Job Summary:


Overall responsibility for pre-projects type L1 to L3 + (processing project and/or integrated project applicant level) in all respects i.e.

design, cost, time, quality, and scope of obligations.

To manage the Pre-project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality, and scope, contributing to the overall sales result.

This role is based in Dubai.

What you will do:

  • Develop technical solutions in preprojects
  • Lead technical discussions with customer
  • Validate/review technical solutions
  • Quotation review and documentation
  • Implement Lessons Learned and perform Risk assessments
  • Overall responsible for preproject execution from design to present it to required stakeholders
  • Provide lesson learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes and tools

We believe you have:

  • 8+ years of site and project experience with a strong engineering background
  • Proven expertise in plant projects, including quotation works, technical solutions, cost analysis, and time planning
  • Proficient in MS Office for meticulous project documentation
  • Understanding of customer needs and overall project requirements
  • Contract preparation and risk management proficiency
  • Demonstrates leadership, communication (internal and external stakeholders), and negotiation skills.
  • Well organized and systematic
  • Paying attention to details, analytical and result driven attitude
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and commit to deadlines.
  • Quality mindset with a commitment to project governance
  • Drive productivity in preprojects through utilization of global reusable solutions, processes, and tools (OFCE, project governance. etc.).
  • A strong team player, fostering collaboration and collective success.
