Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE, ISSA) is required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise principles.
  • Understanding of different training modalities, such as strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training, and more.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate clients of various fitness levels and age groups.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills to address clients' challenges and setbacks.
  • Passion for fitness and helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently, as well as within a team environment.

Working Conditions:
Personal Trainers typically work in fitness centers, gyms, wellness studios, or private training facilities. The job may require standing for extended periods, demonstrating exercises, and engaging in physical activity. Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is often necessary to accommodate clients' schedules.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
