Приветствую, наше международное агентства по подбору персонала в поиске талантливого и целеустремленного руководителя отдела продаж, который станет дополнительным вдохновением для своих коллег брокеров и опорой для руководства компании.

Основными обязанностями будут:

- формирование отдела продаж, создание системы обучения и скриптов, проведение аттестаций, формирование навыков и основ продаж у менеджеров
- найм брокеров в команду
- постановка плана продаж и его выполнение
- мотивация команды
- коммуникация с отделом маркетинга для обратной связи по лидам
- анализ конкурентов
- мониторинг показателей, выполнение плана продаж
- подготовка отчетов для руководства компании о результатах работы членов команды
- разработка стратегических планов продаж, для расширения клиентской базы
- выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с клиентами

Требования:

- опыт работы от 1-го года на рынке недвижимости и понимание законодательства данной сферы в Дубае;
- знание английского языка на уровне C1.;
Условия:

- после окончания испытательного срока (1 месяц) помощь в оформлении документов (виза, страховка)
- мы оплачиваем связь, даём доступ в удобную crm-систему
