Communicate and document all agreements and requirements for the renewal.
Prepare RM renewal documentation when required for all departmental product lines.
As part of the renewal process actively inform brokers/clients in respect of any targeted company initiatives.
Administrative activitiesMaintenance of client files in accordance with department procedures.

Keep up-to-date with procedural developments within the KAM department and ensure that all work is done in accordance with these including Allianz Care Sales Guidelines and the new regulations introduced in certain markets.

Follow-up on renewals issued and on missing information in order to incept the renewal.
Obtain fully signed off documentation in relation to the regulations of each renewal per assigned country.

Provide reports on daily/weekly activity in line with department proceduresResponsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within team (please refer to the Company's Safety Statement for full list of responsibilities).Client ExperienceEasy, quick and high quality interactions with all touch points and escalation resolution in a swift and client centric manner where required.

With support identify and implement efficient solutions to client's requirements and challengesEnsure escalations are referred to Manager to ensure a swift and client centric resolutionSeek, document and share feedback from client/intermediary/partners on service delivery via NPS surveysNew Business (when required)Support the sales process for potential new clients for assigned region.

What You BringExperience RequiredMinimum of one year's work experience in an administrative commercially focused role within a Financial Services environmentExperience in a customer focussed environment, producing accurate work within tight deadlinesKnowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Salesforce a distinct advantageBehaviour/ValuesA strong administrative-focused individual with good interpersonal and communicative skillsGood problem solving skillsA high level of results/goal orientation in a fast paced, target oriented environmentTakes ownership and responsibility for the task/duties assigned to themHigh attention to detailTeam playerHighly motivated individual possessing the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines and service standards
