MEMAC Ogilvy is a leading international advertising agency specializing in crafting innovative media strategies across various industries. We are renowned for our expertise in luxury property, destination marketing, finance, and education sectors.


We're currently seeking a dynamic and skilled Account Executive to join our PR & media relations team, focusing on client servicing, communication strategy, reporting, events, and stakeholder management.


To Succeed in This Role, You Need To:

Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives.
  • Develop and pitch compelling story ideas to media.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide strategic insights.

Client Servicing:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients in the luxury property, destination, finance, and education sectors.
  • Understand clients' unique needs and develop tailored communication strategies.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on all client inquiries.

Communication Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Create compelling content for press releases, speeches, newsletters, and social media platforms.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare detailed reports on media coverage, public relations activities, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze trends and provide insights to optimize strategies.

Events and Media Engagement:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute media events, press conferences, and product launches.
  • Engage media partners and influencers to amplify brand messages.

Stakeholder Management and Communications:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within various sectors.
  • Develop strategic communication plans to manage stakeholders' expectations and align with business goals.

You also be required to:

  • To perform basic public relations, writing, media, organizational, research and production skills
  • To handle a broad variety of tasks with a high degree of independence and sound judgement
  • To play a primary role in implementing work on client accounts and projects
  • To handle direct client contact with a potential to become a good program developer, presenter and adviser
  • To manage media monitoring solutions as necessary
  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance our clients' reputation and visibility across diverse global markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our services while adhering to their budget and timeline.
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals worldwide to broaden our clients' reach.
