We have launched our Toys For Less concept that extends our off-price retail model to toys, kids apparel and party costumes.

We have also recently acquired franchise rights for Korean brand MUMUSO that we have taken to Lebanon, Malta and Spain.

Job Description – Business Systems Manager (Buying and Planning)Techno-Functional (will lead the POC and Pilot of the respective modules working closely with vendor teams, manage the timelines, scope, manage change and adoption with users and lead the transition to IT for rollout/implementation, and will be the SPOC to elicit requirements from business users for any feature development.

  • Com and Business to evaluate and select the top 2 vendors for POC, and then collaborate and manage the commercial negotiation with Finance to finalize the vendor and plan for pilot.
As part of the phase 1 stabilization and phase 2, we will need internal BSM of Oracle MFCS, who would have the expertise of merchandising operations management, pricing, trade management, sales audit, invoice matching and all upstream ERP modules of Oracle.

Will also work with the planning and buying team on the implementation of the planning solutions (merchandise financial planning, assortment planning) and buying solutions (offer management tool).

Must have worked in a planning solution implementation (e.g ENPLAN, O9 solutions, RELEX, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail AI and Planning) in at least 2 full life cycle implementation and led the rollout as a techno-functional subject expert.

Knowledge of Oracle Retail (Merchandise Operations Management) will be an added advantage.

Should also have worked in any buying tool (like order management), product lifecycle management, product induction management, supplier collaboration or any other tools that helps buyers and planners to collaborate and engage in efficient demand planning.
