Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining enquiry log for the enquiries received from the clients.
  • To Prepare and update the maintenance worksheet for AMC & Spare Parts
  • Responsible to Coordinating with the Procurement department for the price of spare parts.
  • To prepare the quotations for the Spare Parts/ AMC and submission of the same to the clients against their enquiries.
  • Responsible for the Preparation of the maintenance contract and submission of the same to the clients.
  • To Followup with clients for the finalization of the contracts.
  • To Followup with the clients for the payments.
  • To followup with the existing clients for the renewal of AMC
  • To Arrange the documents to be attached with the invoice like copy of Contract/ LPO, Service Report, Day Worksheet etc.
  • Responsible for the controlling of all documents segregation of the documents and filing it into the respective files & present the same to the respective officials as and when required.
  • Responsible for prepare Job orders for all maintenance works.
  • To followup and obtain the above documents from the clients.
  • To coordinate with the Site Technicians & the Sales Engineers to carry out the job order on time.
  • To attend emergency calls received from the clients & to coordinate with the Site Technicians to attend & trouble shoot the issues promptly.
  • To collect completed job orders from Maintenance Engineer and to ensure timely submission of the same to the Accounts department for the invoicing.
  • To coordinate & followup with the Accounts department for invoicing & to reconcile missing invoices.
  • To followup with the Third Party Company for the inspection certificate, obtain the same and submitting it to the clients.
  • To coordinate and arrange for Maintenance meeting, Technical meeting, Payments meetings etc.
  • Responsible for upkeeping and updation of all documents and files related to Maintenance Department.
**Requirements:
- *
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experiance in UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Graduate degree in any stream.
  • A valid UAE Driving will be an added advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
