About The Role

The Senior Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance documentation is accurately prepared and completed in compliance with existing regulations and the requirements of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exercising company authority regarding maintenance planning requirements.
  • Accepting tasks that align with the organization's capabilities and approvals, ensuring the necessary manpower is available.
  • Keeping the Maintenance Manager and Certifying Staff updated on all maintenance input schedules.
  • Compiling, issuing, and managing task cards, work packs, quotes, and parts related to planned and ongoing projects.
  • Ensuring that all necessary documentation is prepared for certifying staff and technicians to conduct efficient maintenance activities.
  • Adding all requested work to the work pack.
  • Requesting parts quotes from the parts department and forwarding them to the customer for approval.
  • Ensuring all additional maintenance tasks are authorized by the customer and included in the work pack during maintenance input.
  • Informing the customer of any potential service disruptions, issues, or concerns that may affect the completion of scheduled work.
  • Ensuring compliance with published technical and safety standards as defined in manuals and other publications.
  • Preparing final release documents, ensuring that documentation and certification are completed promptly and according to established procedures to meet company standards.
  • Ensuring all relevant data is accurately entered into the company ERP system.
  • Preparing final invoices and sending them to the customer upon completion of maintenance activities.
  • Performing additional duties as reasonably directed by the Planning Supervisor.
  • Ensuring adherence to all company safety protocols and actively participating in the company's Safety Management System.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in 145 maintenance planning.
  • Experience in maintenance billing and invoicing.
  • Valid unrestricted UAE driver's license.
  • Experience with VIP services.
