What you'll be doing:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our airport location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building relationships with key clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Hotel Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets and enhance the hotel's brand presence in the airport area.


Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
Identify and target new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, airlines, and other relevant markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, and airline representatives.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the hotel's services and facilities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and maximize occupancy.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to increase the hotel's visibility and attract new business.
Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the hotel.
Ensure all agreements are in compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the hotel management team.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

About You:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role, preferably in an airport or high-traffic location.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Networking in the airline environment and experience with loyalty programs will be a definite advantage.
Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence others and take decisive actions.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
