As an Assistant to the Finance Department you will provide support to the finance team in various tasks related to financial and daytoday operations.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. We are committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment and believe in investing in our employees growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and lists.
Monitor and maintain the payments register ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to payments and invoicing.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements.
Assist with budget preparation and tracking.

Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Group and subsidiary entities.

Support preparation and submission of VAT returns and related documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
Help with adhoc financial projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
