Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Estimation:

Production Management:

  • Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Procurement:

  • Manage the procurement process to ensure timely and costeffective acquisition of materials and supplies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management.

Logistics:

  • Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient movement of goods and materials.
  • Monitor logistics performance and address any issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication of company objectives and goals.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to inform decisionmaking.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Manage risk and address issues that arise during project execution.

Customer Focus:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining operational excellence and addressing customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles from Interior design, fit outs etc.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving operational processes.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in estimation, production, procurement, and logistics.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and needs.

Pay:
AED9, AED12,000.00 per month
