Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by selling our IT products and services to businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs and budget.
  • Sales and Client Relationship Management:
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet clients' specific IT requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and upsell additional products or services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT industry in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED4,500.00 per month
