JESS (Arabian Ranches Secondary) is seeking dedicated, dynamic, experienced and highly committed
School Counsellor to work as part of the secondary school pastoral team in supporting students social, psychological and emotional development.


The main areas of responsibilities are as below:

  • To assist the pastoral team with small or large groups of children.
  • To work in cooperation with multidisciplinary team members.
  • To provide social, psychological and emotional support to all members of the JESS community as and when needed or required.
  • To provide individual and group counselling to students with identified concerns and needs.


We are looking for someone who can be a team player, extremely adaptable, work under pressure, take initiative and go above and beyond in role.
