As a Software Technical Support Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal IT support team and evaluating skills and performances, ensuring end-user service is timely and accurate on a daily basis, setting specific end-user service standards, establishing best practices throughout the entire technical support process, identify areas of improvement, evaluate daily, weekly and monthly team's productivity.

This role combines strong leadership and communication skills with technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, IT, or any related field
  • Up to 4 years of experience managing a technical support team in a software environment.
  • Handson experience in providing technical support for software products.
  • Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong coding skills (e.g. Javascript)
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems e.g.helpdesk
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a problemsolving attitude
  • Taskoriented and organized, experience managing a ticket queue and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good DevOps skills are a plus
  • Good AWS knowledge is a plus

Pay:
From AED5,000.00 per month
