About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Station Vending Machines. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient inventory management and supporting daily operations.

You'll receive full guidance and official employment with a fixed salary of AED 4,000, with potential bonuses based on performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory using specialized softwares.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Receive, record, and issue goods accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate inventory records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Order and manage office supplies effectively.
  • Respond to requests and queries from the branch Manager promptly and diligently.
  • Prepare reports in designated formats, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Location:This position is based in Abu Dhabi. However, the initial one week will be a training period in Dubai. Please confirm if you are currently residing in Abu Dhabi or if you are willing to relocate.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management role (minimum years).
  • Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented and qualityfocused approach.
