Job Description:

Responsibilities
-
Social Media Management: Assisting in planning, implementing, and managing our social media presence, community interactions, and online reputation management (ORM). This includes scheduling content, tracking follower patterns, facilitating inquiries, escalating customer complaints, and creating monthly reports.

Content Marketing: Collaborating with stakeholders and creative teams to plan and implement compelling digital content across various channels. This includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of social channels, facilitating content creation in different formats, performing content audits, and publishing high-quality content that aligns with customer journeys.

Content Management: Coordinating, proofreading, and editing website content, actively participating in SEO practices, and uploading new content to TFG websites and portals through the CMS.

Reports & Analysis: Analyzing key metrics, reporting on results and plans, monitoring trends in social media tools and channels, and translating qualitative data into actionable insights for strategy revision.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and Google Analytics, as well as an interest in the hospitality or real estate industry, will be advantageous.
  • GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification) is considered a plus, but not required.

  • Analytical and problemsolving skills competencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office Suite and Adobe
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media scheduling/moderation tools
