Qualifications and Skill Set:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager HR Generalist or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
Indepth knowledge of HR principles practices and procedures including recruitment employee relations performance management compensation and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of labor laws regulations and compliance requirements applicable to the manufacturing sector.
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees managers and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
