Amazon is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join their Customer Experience and Business Trends team, focusing on supporting their business in Turkey and the Middle East.

Key job responsibilities:
  • Manage Ambiguity: Understand complex business problems to create hypotheses and translate them into analysis requirements to improve customer experience
  • Study Management: Lead large studies including scoping, design, data analysis, and presenting results to senior management
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop products and services that enhance customer experience
  • Team: Support hiring and onboarding of new team members and contribute to a high-performing culture

The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, exhibit analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, influence senior stakeholders, and drive teams to take necessary actions.

This role offers the opportunity to innovate, generate insights, provide recommendations to senior leaders, and directly impact customers.

About the team:

The Customer Experience and Business Trends team comprises various functions focused on understanding and enhancing customer experience worldwide. They develop products, services, and ideas to influence offerings across Amazon for diverse customer segments.

The team consists of Product Managers, Software Developers, Data Scientists, and more, working towards data-driven solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in product/program management, marketing, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in roadmap strategy, feature delivery, and end-to-end product management
  • Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in influencing senior leadership, working across functional teams, and an MBA plus relevant work experience

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
