My Business Consulting DMCC is leading Corporate Services Provider Company, located in Dubai with extensive experience in Accounting and Corporate Services.

We assist individuals and SMEs to register and manage their business in the UAE.


Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Sales Executive with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services or banking.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with all types of customers. Identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
  • The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve longterm success with main responsible of development and achievement of sales target on monthly basis.
  • Expanding effective relationships with Referral Agents and bringing in new clients
  • Efficiency onboarding of new clients through all channels mentioned above
  • Indepth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Proficient reception of new requests, order modifications, complaints by the respective clients
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and promotes companies' services
  • Attendance of meetings with the key clients and presentation of current offers
  • Promote our company's services with prospect/existing clients may it be from the company's marketing efforts or personal contacts
  • Negotiating Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Contract for PRO, Admin, Bookkeeping and Accounting with prospect clients.
  • Serve as the most professional and efficient link of communication between clients and all internal My Business Consulting DMCC team members.
  • Working with operations team, finance team, managers, marketing team, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and all client needs met.
  • Discuss and resolve with various personnel in each department the best, fastest and most effective solution for every client's requirements, situation and requests.
  • Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to direct manager.
  • Analysis and identification of upcoming corporate needs and opportunities of every clients.
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints.
  • Daily update of request in the PMS to help Marketing Department secure a correct analysis of responses from all Marketing outlets.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with management, team members and possible use in future case studies or company training.
  • Promotes highly positive & efficient team work, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC.

Requirements:

  • Min. 35 years' work experience in same field as My Business Consulting DMCC please check our website to know the services we are offering.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory;
  • Russian language speaking will be advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced computer user;
  • Smart professional appearance at all times.
  • Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities
  • Effective team player
