Job description

Mandatory

  • Direct experience of selling large BSFI, ALM, treasury management, credit and market risk management solutions

Nice To Have

  • Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships and also arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Preparing financial projections and sales targets.
  • Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and presales support.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets, seek out the appropriate contact in an organization. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Think strategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  • Work strategically carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Draw up client contracts depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department, attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate and seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
  • Help to plan sales campaigns, create a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers.
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Passionate in sales profession.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and salesclosing skills.
  • Goaloriented, and dynamic to achieve the sales target and closing business deals.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Arabic and French an added advantage.
