This role requires strong leadership abilities excellent communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of internal audit principles and practices.Responsibilities:
Manage the internal audit function for the sectors ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and implement riskbased audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct audits of business processes financial statements and operational activities to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management based on audit findings and observations.
Foster a culture of accountability integrity and continuous improvement within the internal audit team and across the organization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive process improvements and mitigate risks identified during audits.
Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory changes relevant to internal audit and recommend updates to audit methodologies as needed.
