POSITION SUMMARY:
- Serve as a key resource for all recreational activities provided on the property.
- Offer information to guests about available recreation facilities including pools, beach, entertainment zone/game room, fitness center, and child activities center.
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreational activities.
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
- Ensure guests adhere to the rules and regulations of the recreational facilities for their safety.
- Monitor activities in the facility and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
- Handle cashier services during point of sales transactions.
- Assist in hosting private functions with group activities and events.
- Identify situations where guests may not safely participate in activities and notify supervisor/manager.
- Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Welcome and assist all guests according to standards, anticipate their needs, and show genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, answer calls with proper etiquette.
- Develop positive relationships with team members to achieve common goals.
- Process payments for rental equipment, facility rentals, or retail sales.
- Ensure quality standards are met, verify information accurately, and inspect tools or equipment for defects.
- Utilize computer systems for work-related information.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects, moving through different surfaces, and manipulating items with precision.
- Perform any other reasonable job duties as required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: None required.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- License or Certification: CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, Recreation Equipment.
- Any other certification or training mandated by local and state agencies.
