Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Helper with expertise in Moroccan cuisine to join our dynamic team at our restaurant specializing in Moroccan dishes.
As a Kitchen Helper, you will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of high-quality authentic Moroccan dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the chefs in preparing the ingredients required for Moroccan dish preparation.
- Perform basic kitchen tasks, such as washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, and preparing meats.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow recipes and preparation guidelines to ensure the quality and consistency of dishes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure dishes are prepared within required timelines and meet quality standards.
- Assist in stock management by monitoring supply levels and reporting supply needs to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety standards throughout the food preparation process.
Requirements:
- Passion for Moroccan cuisine and indepth knowledge of traditional Moroccan dishes.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Aptitude for following recipes and preparation instructions accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain highquality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
