**Policies, Processes & Procedures: - Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.- Ensure employees are aware and follow the information Security Rules and data security measures to protect the company information / intellectual properties.**Day

- to-day operations:

  • Monitor and record daily arrival and departure vessel status.
  • Visit the vessels immediately once has arrives and guide them through our rules & regulations and record the system immediately. Contact No# of (contractor, project manager, and our vessel coordinator, Safety officer or any important).
  • Receiving the services request from the vessel contractor / owner and coordinating with concerned Department.
  • Update to Reservations team leader if any operational changes.
  • Prepare daily and monthly operational report.
  • Monitories daily operations schedule that must meet Reservations plan.
  • Make assure that customer service requirements are in placed on time.
  • Submit daily operational service consumption details to Invoicing team.
  • Followup the daytoday operations related routine works as per department scope.

  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
    Key Competencies
**Language skills: - Good knowledge of English languages.- Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.- Very good knowledge in technical terms and report writing skills.**Technical competencies:

  • Experience in a similar position in a reputable shipyard.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken and preferably other languages.
  • Flexibility to manage changing customer and work conditions and balance multiple activities.
