Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the learning center.
Schedule and coordinate classes, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Staff Supervision:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of qualified instructors.
Conduct regular evaluations to maintain teaching quality.
Student Progress Monitoring:
Track and assess students' academic performance and progress.
Implement strategies to address individual learning needs.
Parent and Teacher Communication:
Foster open communication channels with parents regarding student development
Administrative Duties:
Manage enrollment processes, attendance records, and other administrative tasks.
Handle budgeting and resource allocation efficiently.
Environment:
Ensure a supportive and motivating atmosphere for students.
Address behavioral issues and conflicts as needed.
Marketing and Outreach:
Develop strategies to attract new students to the learning center.
Participate in community events and engage with local schools.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance as per the brand, KHDA educational regulations, and standards
Performance Reporting:
Generate regular reports on student performance and center operations.
