  • Provide outstanding customer experiences by offering courteous and efficient services.
  • A good attitude and temperament in managing kids activities and behaving responsibly and mature with children.
  • Explain safe and proper use of bike park equipment
  • Promote the bike park events, packages and plans
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
  • Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies.
  • Inform clients about park safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and fix problems that arise with guest bikes
  • Assist in guiding other offered activities daily
  • Willing to learn new abilities such as trail maintenance and build.
  • Complete daytoday activities and department tasks as assigned
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
  • Crowd management on weekends and public holidays.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
