**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate submission of invoices for completed deliveries.
- Work closely with the billing department to ensure all billing information is correct and up-to-date.
- Efficiently collect payments from clients using established payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during payment collection.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any payment-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a bike messenger or in a similar courier service role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes and payment collection methods.
- Basic knowledge of city streets and efficient delivery routes.
- A reliable bike and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
