6. Collaboration with Management: Working closely with restaurant management to develop strategies for improving sushi sales, maximizing profitability, and enhancing the overall dining experience.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have:

At least 5 years of experience working specifically with Japanese cuisine, with a focus on sushi preparation.

A strong understanding of Japanese culinary techniques, including sushi rolling, knife skills, and fish preparation.

Creativity and a passion for innovation in sushi presentation and flavor combinations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management.

A commitment to upholding the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Comfortable in dealing with customers siting at the bar.
