Logistics Coordinator

The staff shall generate the customer ID in the net suite for clients following the successful storage of the sample.
The staff shall review all the old client files to ensure that all the relevant information is completed in the client file and is filed correctly.
The staff shall dispatch collection kits to the clients and the regional offices.
The staff shall be a backup to the Office Administrator when on leave and will assign and print barcodes for the collection kits and arrange the relevant documents like the cord blood collection procedure and step-by-step visual tool for collection, identification form for the collection kits, sending procedure and the enrollment forms (English and Arabic).
The staff shall scan the laboratory results, upload them in the database and maintain a filing system for these.
The staff shall be a backup to the Office Administrator when on leave and will maintain a record of the inventory of materials of the operational departments like marketing and sales and the monitoring of materials in various regions.
The staff shall support the GCC representatives by coordinating and dispatching marketing materials, kits, certificates, and other necessary documents as and when required.
The staff shall coordinate with DHL regarding shipments coming from the GCC offices during office hours and when she is on after-hour duty on alternate weeks.
The staff organizes critical logistic support like the driver, pick-up of samples, and laboratory technicians and takes messages of non-urgent nature for customer service representatives.
The staff shall write the policies, processes, and document procedures to be followed in the department of logistics.
The staff will be responsible for the control of all the documents and records for the department of logistics and CSA.
Stem cell storage kit preparations.
Assisting the lab with payment and emergency sample confirmation.
Knowledgeable about booking shipments with FedEx and DHL.
Preparing file folder labels.
Preparing requirements for importing/exporting shipments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
Microsoft office user specialist.
Relevant Experience
Experience in secretarial and logistics support.
Relevant Skills
Microsoft office specialist.
Any Other Skills
Customer Service Skills.
Organizational Skills.
Organizational Prerequisite As Per Policy
Fluency written and spoken English.
Understanding and speaking of Arabic is advantageous.
Good Communication skill.
Basic working knowledge of computers.
Suitability for the job and profile and adaptability for newer tasks.
