Job Summary:


As an Aesthetic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking aesthetic or cosmetic procedures at a specialized clinic.

You will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointment bookings, and handle administrative tasks to ensure clients' smooth and welcoming experience throughout their visit.


Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Greet clients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone, providing information about available services, procedures, and pricing.


Appointment Scheduling:
Manage appointment calendars, schedule client consultations, and book treatment sessions with the appropriate aesthetic professionals.

Client Registration:
Collect and update client information, medical history, and consent forms, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.

Payment Processing:
Handle client payments, process transactions, and provide billing information as needed.

Consultation Support:

Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and forms before their consultations, ensuring that all required documentation is in order.


Client Comfort:
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for clients.

Product Knowledge:
Familiarize yourself with the clinic's services, products, and procedures to provide accurate information and answer client inquiries.

Follow-up Communications: Communicate with clients post-treatment to inquire about their satisfaction, address any concerns, and provide appropriate aftercare instructions.

Maintain Records:
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and related administrative tasks.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with the aesthetic professionals, nurses, and support staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations and excellent customer service.


Marketing Assistance:
Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers, events, or new services to existing and potential clients.

Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service Skills:
Friendly, approachable, and able to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Organizational Abilities:
Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules, paperwork, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and communicate effectively with the clinic team.

Medical Office Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a medical or aesthetic setting is preferred.

Professional Appearance:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the clinic's standards.

Confidentiality:
Respect client privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding personal and medical information.

Computer Proficiency:
Familiarity with basic computer software, appointment scheduling systems, and electronic medical records.

Empathy and Patience:
Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with clients who may have questions or concerns about their treatments.

Preferred Arabic nationality

Ability to commute/relocate:
